Filing and Paying Your Taxes
Each state has its own rules about handling extensions. This guide is designed to help you understand the rules for your state and where to pay to get an extension (if Brass Taxes could not file or set up the payment for you!)

An extension to file is not an extension to pay. For most states, they require you to make a payment in order for the extension to be valid. When it doubt, if you think you'll owe and haven't set up payment already (like with us), you should submit a payment if you can!
Here's where you can learn more about your state and pay or request an extension.
