You and Your Business

I heard I can save money by setting up an S Corp. Is that true?

It's common business advice that the tax structure of an S Corp can help save money on taxes. But is that true for you?

Updated 4 days ago

There are a few major factors in figuring out whether the S Corp structure is the right fit for you. Will it actually save you money in taxes, or will it end up costing you extra as you invest in bookkeeping, payroll, and/or tax prep?

We've created a simple questionnaire to help you figure out whether an S Corp might be the right fit for you. If it looks like this structure will save you money, we're happy to advise you, and to work with you on your business taxes (which are due a month before personal taxes, on March 15).
